Do not order online. They use every trick in the book to take advantage of you. It was my first order and I assumed they would be a reputable company because so many women own their products and they’ve been around so long. When I contacted customer service chat they were completely unhelpful.

Unfortunately straps are wearing out after 2 months opening and closing shoulder straps going to metal grommets of opening up the backpack I love the fabric but I would not buy a backpack anymore from Vera Bradley

Ordered a robe. Made the mistake of partially removing the tag. Robe is too large. Contacted Vera Bradley and was told robe would be considered altered and I would not get credit to replace it. Next time I will shop at Target or Amazon. I would have no problem with them and would probably be told to keep the robe and would get a full refund and would be able to buy the correct size.

While I have purchased thousands of dollars in the past, I just had my first return. Mailed back, and now they say it will be a month before I am given credit. It took 1 day to bill me, this is a horrible process!

Vera Bradley Please help me. I’m dying, Your business partner and Licensee Matthew Healy FROM Apparel Partnership Group LLC ordered goods with Vera Bradley brand before Covid. Post-Covid he’s refused to buy the goods. Our money is stuck since March 2020. Please help us to get out of this. The products have your brand name. It tarnishes your image.

I usually like positing such reviews as I am using there products and their online marketing & shipping system also positive as we are in a pandemic there are shipping issues globally. They always responding Byers quarry .

I bought the small tote--twice. The first time the inner pocket ripped but I loved the bag so I replaced it. The second bag developed the same problem. I called and they said I should send it to Quality Review, which I did (at my expense) never heard a word till I got a refund notice. No explanation. I called and was told that they would not replace the bag because I had it for more than 6 months. They also refused to allow me t talk to quality control or to send my original back. In this day and age why should a manufacturer not try to satisfy a customer? Poor quality, poor service!
